Triamcinolona Chinfield
Steroid Antiinflammatory
Benefits:
It is a slow release and long-acting acetonide triamcinolone suspension, which response is generally of 24 hours.
Indications:
In itching, eczema, allergy processes, cellulitis, arthritis, synovitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, rheumatoid syndrome, blepharitis, bovine ketosis, hepatitis, aseptic inflammatory processes, traumatic inflammation, and lymphosarcoma.
Target species:
Sport and working equines not intended to human food consumption.
Bovines, Dogs and Cats.
Posology, dosage and administration:
Equines: 0.2 to 0.6 ml every 100 klw. It may be repeated 3 – 4 days according to professional criterion.
If possible, do not administer more than 18 mg of triamcinolone (3 ml) as overall dose.
Bovines: 0.6 ml every 100 klw. It may be repeated 3 – 4 days according to professional criterion. In case of ketosis, the dose may be repeated after 48 hours.
Dogs: 0.4 ml every 10 kilograms of live weight as single dose. Do not repeat.
Cats: 0.3 ml as single dose. Do not repeat.
Subcutaneous (NOT IN EQUINES), intramuscular, intraarticular, intrasynovial.
Presentation:
Injectable suspension in Ampoule bottle x 5 ml (6mg x ml) and 30 ml.
